SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items ship from Ft Lauderdale, Florida via our choice of carriers including UPS, FedEx or the USPS depending on the size of the item and your ship-to location.

Need it FAST?
If you need your items faster than regular ground delivery, we have overnight and two-day delivery available at a reasonable extra charge. This charge will be determined at check out by the weight of your shipment and your delivery destination.

Damage/Shortage Claims
All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported to us immediately. When reporting damage be sure to hold all containers and packing materials for possible inspection by the carrier. Claims for damage or shortage must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, please ScreenGraphics to receive authorization within 30 days of receipt of your product(s). We will then send you a ReturnMaterial Authorization (RMA) number. Carefully pack your product and include the RMA number in your package.
